The Kundalini pose can be down by itself, which is why it’s good to learn. You can do it for short amounts of time, which might work better for some of you if you have pain.

The pose brings extreme relaxation and focus once you get into the flow.

You can do this pose before or after exercising, work, or whenever needed.
