Here’s part 2 of Sadie Nardini’s stretch out before bed routine, designed to help those who suffer from restless leg syndrome. It allows the whole body to release tension, too.

Restless leg syndrome affects many in the Fibro community. Stretching is a great remedy for the uncomfortable condition.
