There’s been a lot in the news recently about how beneficial working out is for the general population in relation to sleep. For women of menopause age, the benefits of just participating in more daily activity may help stave off hot flashes at night.
Hot flashes drastically interfere with feeling rested and able to relax enough to get some sleep, so this is great news.
And for Fibro women of a certain age who experience sleep problems in general, it’s even better news.
