Helpful tip: more movement throughout the day—not workout movement, but things like walking from the car or housecleaning— help to burn calories. For all you Fibro bloggers and desk jockeys out there, make sure to get up from the computer and desk at regular intervals. Take a light stroll/stretch.
Drastically reducing portion sizes can help, too. If you continue eating a hefty amount of calories, workouts will only tone and improve strength, but not necessarily help shed pounds.
