I started using hula-hoops a few years ago, to help regain flexibility and for something fun.

It’s a great core workout plus reduces pain in the back. So take a twirl!

When it comes to buying a hoop, never buy a hoop from a toy store as those are made for child bodies, not grown adults. No matter how fit or skinny you are, they will never work. You can order proper hoops from online manufacturers who can help you find the proper size for your body.

It’s easier to start with a heavier, weighted hoop. Move front and back, not side to side. Also, check out YouTube for free instructional videos on hooping.
